PLEASE NOTE: All bookings require the completion of a simple service contract which must be signed and dated BEFORE the date of your event. If not completed in a timely manner, we cannot reserve the date of your booking. All bookings are subject to our service policy of “first to complete contract, only confirmed”. This ensures we all understand that completing a service contract first, is our guarantee to you to reserve and service your booking, only.

Terms and Agreement
In checking the box above, you agree and confirm that the information you are providing is true and accurate. You acknowledge that your booking request relates to an event for which a venue booking is made (or you are a representative of the venue seeking this booking). You agree to Common Ground Duo ACT/NSW holding your personal and event information in a database and that we may use this information for the purpose of contacting you about your event and from time-to-time (corporate or businesses entities only) sending you information about our services which may be of interest to you.
